- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Our experience at Il Castello Restaurant was fabulous! One of the owners, Emelio, catered to our every need as if we were the only table in the house. In addition, our waitress could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. The food was hands down the best Italian food I have ever eaten. My dining partner claimed the same, and she has traveled to Italy. Each dish was beautifully plated, and each course introduced with perfect timing. Before we departed, the other owner, Jerry (they are brothers,) was introduced to us as the creator of our excellent meal. For a wonderful dining experience with great food, great staff, and personal attention with a friendliness Canadiens are famous for, I highly recommend Il Castello Restaurant in Cowansville.
